Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the cm6 platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted under Bangladesh law to use such services in order to create an account and access the platform.
Cm6 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published. Users will be notified in advance of any significant updates. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Account Registration & Security
Users must create a personal account using accurate and complete information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Providing false information or creating multiple accounts may result in account termination.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Guidelines
Users are expected to engage with the platform in a fair and lawful manner. Using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, underage access, or causing harm to other users is strictly prohibited. All decisions related to betting or gameplay are entirely the user's own responsibility.
All games, betting, and transaction processes on cm6 are governed by the platform's rules. The use of unauthorized software, bots, or any form of hacking is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination. Service allocation is entirely at cm6's discretion and is subject to change as needed.
Prohibited activities include: money laundering, fraudulent transactions, theft of other users' credentials, deploying malicious software against the platform, and operating multiple accounts in violation of the rules.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions must be conducted exclusively in Bangladesh Taka (৳ BDT). Only approved payment methods are accepted, including bKash, Nagad, and bank transfer. Every transaction is processed with financial security in mind and is fully verifiable.
Deposit and withdrawal rules, processing times, and minimum and maximum limits are clearly stated on the platform. Please review all applicable terms carefully before making any transaction. cm6 is not responsible for transactions held up due to inaccurate information provided by the user.
Deposit processing times: instant for bKash and Nagad; 1–3 business days for bank transfers. Withdrawal requests are processed after verification.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Cm6 is committed to delivering a high-quality experience; however, cm6 is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, unforeseen incidents, third-party failures, or internet connectivity problems. The platform will not provide compensation for financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions or betting outcomes.
All virtual assets, software, brand names, logos, designs, and content on the cm6 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of cm6, protected by copyright and trademark. Any commercial or personal reproduction, copying, or distribution without prior authorization is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Cm6 may temporarily or permanently suspend or close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- Terms Violations & Fraudulent Activity
- False Identity or Inaccurate Information
- Multiple Account Usage
- Suspected Illegal Transactions or Money Laundering
- Underage Access (Under 18)

Third Parties, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
The cm6 platform may contain third-party services or links that operate independently and are not under cm6's control. cm6 is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services. Users access them entirely at their own risk.
Cm6 may partially or fully update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you may request to close your account.
Any legal disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. The competent courts of Bangladesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
